Dr. Arusha Bhatia, Huntington Beach Pediatric Dentist
I was born and raised in Northern Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C. For my undergraduate studies, I attended Virginia Commonwealth University, where I had the wonderful opportunity to volunteer in the pediatric department at a local hospital. This experience nurtured my passion for helping children in need and solidified my desire to pursue a career in healthcare, specifically in pediatrics. After shadowing several dentists, I discovered my passion for dentistry.
Following this realization, I moved to the West Coast to attend dental school at Western University of Health Sciences. I then completed my pediatric specialty training at the University of Southern California, spending my second year at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County and Healthy Smiles for Kids of Orange County, where Dr. Shah and I worked together. During my six years of training in California, I fell in love with the unbeatable weather and the proximity to beautiful beaches, lively cities, and picturesque mountains—all within a day's drive.
I am excited to be working and helping the children of Orange County! My personal commitment is to create a positive and comfortable environment, striving to make each dental visit enjoyable and educational for both children and their parents.
In my free time, I love exploring California with my husband and our labradoodle. We enjoy discovering new restaurants, hiking scenic trails, and traveling to new destinations.
